I have been ordering from Faztek for a while now. My most recent project was a school work/gaming desk for my son (a little too much gaming and not enough school work sometimes). The 15 series extrusions were easy to use and and we were able to customize the his dream desk. The prices, quality and pick up are always been amazing.

Did two orders with the company and happy with the results. Derek and Randy are very client oriented. I would suggest few improvements though: 1) Add machining options for 1-2-3 slot profiles (I was told this feature will be added in a few weeks on the site) 2) May be add more statuses for the order execution progress and ETA on completion. It is usually between 3-10 days but would be nice to have a more precise ETA.

Ordered 8 extrusions and some hardware almost a month ago, paid for next day shipping, and I’m still waiting (super frustrated!). When I’ve reached out, the only response I have gotten is “it’s being processed”.I only went with this company because the reviews were so glowing, mentioning great customer service and fast shipments. Wouldn’t have wasted my time and money if I knew this would be the result.

It gives me no pleasure to post a review like this but I thought I'd warn others.I contacted them via their website to enquire if walk-in purchases are possible. The website contact info never reached them, so spent a 2.5h drive there and back only to be told that one needs to order online and then come pick it up.The website is not very clear on that and isn't what I would call consumer friendly. Also no phone number by which we can contact them, only a form. So yeah, not the greatest experience. For small projects Amazon is more than satisfactory if you value time

Really impressed. I ordered a complete van conversion kit I designed up, lots of different length extrusions with counterbores and a bunch of hardware. Everything was perfect.

You guys are awesome!It's hard to find supplier of aluminum extrusion in Calgary. Found these guys online and ordered from them. The shipment came within a week. It was well packaged to avoid damage. Cuts on custom length piece was super clean. Price is actually really competitive compare to a lot of the other suppliers. The only down side might be I could not find a couple kinds of bracket I was looking for.I would definitely buy from these guys again.

Recently made a purchase of 2020 aluminum extrusion. It was delivered in a few days and quality was excellent. Even factoring shipping charges by Fedex, it was still cheaper than eBay or Amazon supplier. It is surprising.

I've ordered aluminum profile and hardware from their online store (Fazstore). The order was processed and shipped in a matter of a couple days, which is incredible considering it was custom cut to specification! All hardware came individually wrapped to prevent scratching. Lastly, the price was the best I could find in the country. Would definitely recommend!
